- All staff wear company logo clothing for easy identification.
- We use our company cam so you can see progress from anywhere, anytime.
- We provide landscape protection with plywood and tarping off gardens, walkways, and driveways as needed.
- We move outdoor furniture away from the house to protect it, then return it once finished.
- We clean up after installation and after each day on multi-day projects, including magnetic clean-up of the property.
- We use our EQUIPTER RB4000 for debris management.
- We clean gutters after installation.
- We provide onsite construction toilets if needed, so we don't need to enter your home.

Since 2012, BC Roofing has proudly held the CertainTeed Saint Gobain Shingle Master credential. Our entire staff consists of highly skilled Master Shingle Applicators, backed by 4-star Surestart PLUS™ warranty coverage covering materials, labor, tear, and disposal expenses from the first year up to a 50-year span.
The BC Roofing warranty
Non-transferable and valid for 10 years. We promptly address and repair leakages or failures caused by defective installation, and guarantee to repair wind damage to sloped roofs (up to 100 sq ft) for 10 years, and animal damage for 5 years (excluding soffit/fascia, limited to two visits). Homeowners must notify us within 7 days of discovering an issue.
Certified Shingle Master warranty
Every team member has studied, comprehended, and passed the "Shingle Applicator's Manual" (11th edition) exam — covering product knowledge and a code of ethics — so your roof is installed by a knowledgeable, competent team.
Manufacturer's warranty on materials
Manufacturer shingle guarantees can run 10 to 40 years, or limited lifetime. We guarantee every shingle is installed strictly per the manufacturer's recommended procedures. Specific warranty details are provided with your roof replacement estimate.
Choosing the right roofing contractor
When it comes to replacing your roof, it's understandable you may not have eagerly anticipated this task — but with the right contractor, the experience can be surprisingly pleasant. A reputable contractor considers ventilation requirements, underlayments, flashing details, shingle type, and any problem areas, and gives you a timeline and start date.

- Does the roofing company carry valid liability insurance coverage?
- Is the company registered with the WSIB, in good standing, and eligible for a clearance certificate?
- Do the company's employees have fall-arrest training with certificates?
- Does the company employ its own crews, or use sub-contractors for installation?
- Do they offer a workmanship guarantee the company can stand behind for a specified period?
- Has at least one supervisor on the installation crew taken a CPR course?
- Does the company hold a manufacturer credential that allows extended warranties on the roofing system?
